The reason why I don't have that rule is twofold. When we last changed mgt companies, a lot of residents had issues and moved out.

Several ex residents were able to give advice to current residents, which was helpful. I didn't want to boot them out. That situation lasted for a couple of years as different leases came up.

The other reason is because Susan is very handy.
