remember people drink the contents of a hairspray can (I don't remember what brand) and a couple years ago there was bad moonshine in CZ

my guess was that someone was draining the radiators of UN trucks...they were refilled with local supplies, western antifreeze doesn't have methenol anymore because it killed cats by the dozens when it leaked...but other countries are probably still using it...so the next time they raided the motor pool they got the wrong fluid to distill
