It happened again. Get text from the landlord of the neighboring unit. There's water supposedly leaking from my unit.

This was Wednesday, while I was driving to work. I saw the text when I got there, said to my boss I needed to run home and drove the (nearly 30 minutes) back home, turned off my water, called a plumber to come Friday and went back.
I believe this is an entirely separate issue from last year when a pipe broke and destroyed the entire bathroom of the unit. In late January of this year, I was informed of an issue regarding some water damage in the repaired bathroom, and I had someone come, re-seal the toilet and I didn't hear about it again and I assumed that was that. (I don't know if I mentioned that here.)
The landlord says that someone will be coming to get an estimate to replace the sheetrock and will tell me what that is.
The plumber I have coming will want to see the other bathroom, because there is literally no indication that anything is wrong. I have no water damage anywhere, nor do I hear anything. She says that he will have to figure it out from my unit. Last text from her:
"Since its from your condo, the plumber will have to figure it out from your place. We don't have any pipes in the ceiling. My husband doesn't want to tear up our bathroom unless we know what the problem is and have a guarantee that its repaired since it's the 3rd time in 6 months. It cost us $2000 for mold removal and renovation and we weren't prepared to do that becaues of the mold due to water we had to."
Should I just call my homeowner's insurance now? (I think she's an idiot by refusing to let my plumber into the place, how the fuck is it supposed to get fixed?)
