Plumber checked obvious things, but since the landlord won't let him access the unit (tenant not home), there's nothing more he can do.

And he noted that on my invoice. I preemptively filed a claim with the homeowner's insurance last night for when she tries to stick me with the repair bills.

We had two condos side by side where this happened. Had 4 plumbers, nothing found. We finally had a leak detection company come out. Twice.
