The longest is going to the supermarket once a week - probably for 30 minutes?
Otherwise, 5 minutes to walk into/out of my office at work each day - the building is basically still empty so nobody in the halls and I don't wear it in the office
I did eat out last weekend and wore it for the few minutes it took to get a table outside.
Living as basically a hermit in a very rural suburb makes it easy to avoid any type of gathering
