Part of the process players are supposed to go through is self-checking, at home, before they leave. 2 temps plus a questionnaire. -- (edited)

No way those players passed, every day.
That obviously needs some work. Maybe Zoom verification of self-temps.
There are ways to fool the temp guns used.
