They sent us ballots that were prepaid so some of the post offices didn't post mark the ballots despite instructions to do so. Some places said they don't post mark prepaid envelopes despite the law requiring it for mail in ballots.

So I'll be going to polls in November despite my wanting to do a mail in ballot.
