pie weights if you have them or beans. I keep a bag of dried beans (I think black-eyed peas) in my pantry and just reuse them as needed

If you use beans make sure to put parchment paper down first or the beans will cook into the crust and that just sucks
you actually don't need to absolutely do this, but your crust may end up mushy if you skip this step
