I'm actually curious why they aren't even attempting to do mandatory masks for players during play. Of all sports, it seems like baseball could work

For all the work the NFL does with helmets, etc., you'd think there would be companies falling all over each other to make a proper "sports mask" and showcase it in the MLB to keep things going
