so i noticed over the weekend that i have a tree branch that is now rubbing against the power line (one of the top lines on the top of the power pole)

the power company had people out in the spring, and they didnt trim that branch, so does that mean its not worth trying to "fix"?

it has an offshoot that could be cut off and maybe help prevent the branch from rubbing as much (lighten the load).
