You can diagnose the problem later. Faulty hardware. Sloppy software causing memory leaks. Compromised machines. Lots of different causes.

But if it's some switch in a closet somewhere that got overheated and shut down, then cycle the power. Then you can work on cooling the closet after it's back up and running (for instance).
