They just invited me to their meeting next week to present my proposal. And from the way it was stated, pretty mine will be the only one.

Are your HOAs doing in person or zoom meeting? Ours seems to want to do one by the pool but I think zoom will work better - James Bond (aka Igor) Aug 6, 11:22 1
