So I knew you did HOA stuff and property management. So do you manage HOAs? I don't really get it.

I thought HOAs ran themselves with an elected board.

Yeah, we have rental properties but HOAs have evolved into our main. Elected boards sometimes do a little work but we solicit bids, write checks, - Spawn Aug 6, 11:33 6
