outcomes. Ramping up PPE acquisition and supply chain, invoking federal powers to get manufacturers to be prepared for the needs of testing and care. Locking down sooner and a bit longer and a more highly developed testing and tracing regime going forward. Nobody expects a result of no cases and no deaths, but we could have had a fraction of what we have.
