I'd suggest no roommates though, no one to bother you when you get lucky. Though, you won't have anyone to complain to when you get home about how poor prospects at the bar were that night.

I agree it's a great time to buy but he's not finiding anything he likes and the frustration is getting to him.

I was extremely upset. I doubt I would have ever moved into my house if it hadn't happened. I was in the back on a canyon with the pool to the side.
