It seems almost all Pez are designed so you can ad paint and make the character look beheaded. I found this out 2 years ago when I wanted a beheaded Ned and found the Aragorn from the Lord of the Rings set slightly altered is a near perfect Ned Stark. They never made a Sean Bean Pez.
