I think a lot of us have seen this, and it's very articulate and explains the *why* it happens. -- (edited)

I also think a lot of us (here, maybe not a majority) understand the why, and that in the big picture, it can be (edit:is) justifiable.
However, it also diverts the focus on the actual issues from "this is an issue (systemic racism and murdering)" to "this is our reaction" of stealing and destruction.
It *very easily* diverts the magnifying glass, unfortunately, for those outside of that understanding.
