LYC: This high school year is going to be the death of me. So weirdly complicated.

Daughter will be taking ENG 102 at the local community college. This appears to technically fall under the "Dual Credit" program at the high school since she will be taking it instead of a course for graduation. It is one semester instead of two so that's cool. All this appears to be organized through the HS so I have forms to sign from them. Unclear yet if/how I register for this with the community college.
Daughter also wants to take SOC 100 (Sociology). This appears to fall under Dual Enrollment and is organized through the college, not the HS but requires HS approval to allow her to register. Already have confirmation that her GPA meets all the requirements for the class but need the forms (and some kind of orientation) before we can sign up.
We also seem to be running hard against enrollment deadlines on both sides with HS and the college starting up imminently.
Plus, we need to fill 2 holes in her schedule in HS (possibly) so waiting to find out from the counselor what all the options are so we can pick one.
This should be fun

If you can get in with every clique - the sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, waistoids, dweebies, dickheads - you'll be a righteous dad. -- nm
