I waded into a conflict between a level 2 town and a level 4 town, both unalligned.

I had been selling sulfur to the level 4 town, Arcadia and decided to gift him 1k units. I'm swimming in the stuff. He messages me saying he's under blockade by the level 2 town, pasko.

My shipment gets bounce, so I break the blockade of Arcadia and am now occupying pasko until I can get a peace brokered between the two.

I'm going to take both under my wing and try to build a little ersatz alliance in my corner of dot com in the hopes that they'll be good players and may join the Imperium eventually.
