A sneaker head providing sales information to a high mileage runner is a match made in economic hell

The runner can actually justify needing to purchase shoes as they're wearing them out (running them into the ground?)

But it's like devil on the shoulder, these look cool and you.can run in them, hey you know that last pair you bought? There's a limited color version of those

At the same time, it was thanks to Krusty's help that I was able to purchase my Christmas gift from my brother and got my super low mileage, sock staining, super light race shoes so there's that

And heh, they've kind of been treated how I think Krusty treats a bunch of his shoes as they've spent the majority of the time unworn
