Which reminds me: Did I ever share that my CrossFit place essentially fired me around March / April?

They sent out an email that while they needed some income to stay afloat, they couldn't justifiably charge people's credit cards while they were closed so they were going to charge one month out of every two and had schedule of who was going to be charged in March vs April and so on as well as an option to opt out.
I wrote back that I'd like to support the business and if possible please go ahead and charge me for both months. I'd been charged month after month after month and hadn't been going.
I got the response back (paraphrasing) We reviewed your account and OMG when was the last time you've been here, you lazy...
Ok..that's totally what I heard in my head.
It was much more like, you haven't been here forever and you've done above and beyond to support us while not using any of our resources. We're cancelling your membership immediately and will no longer be charging you.
