New girl: "Oh, my boyfriend will be moving in, too, at some point".

Daughter and friend: "Uh, no."

School: "Nope, not allowed."

New girl: "Also, I have a cat".

D&F: "We requested no other pets. We already have a cat.

NG: "Also, my bf and I have a puppy!"

D&F and School: "No more than two pets allowed!"

The new girl is now looking to find new housing.
