If we have judges and lawyers who'll put bad guys away instead of weak-assed slaps on the wrists...I'll re-assess my comments upon proper penalties following through.

Until then, this is adding charges for the same crime cuz we have zero faith in our system to actually punish these people up front.

It's a tack-on; not a different crime in my view.
