What straw man? You want laws that are equal...you said so above. Yet you're arguing for laws that treat citizens unequally.

Those who see the blacks/jews getting advantages see their own thoughts being used to punish them further becuase they hate the jews...that's not a logical step to build on that inequality to you?
This world is full of people looking to blame others for the unfairness; here you see govt actually doing it in a court of law.
