I don't see the issue with nachos being an answer for everything. There's so many possible varieties

From my preshredded cheese on tortilla chips and then tossed in the microwave to something like getting multiple fancy cheeses, hand shredding them Using something like lobster and then some beans and a hand made salsa and individually arranging the ingredients on chip after chip. After selecting the chips for uniformity... Then placing that under a broiler. Adding diced tomoatoes and perhaps peppers of some type. Hey if you want to destroy some avacadoes that's between you and your god but keep that green stuff that looks partially digested stuff away from my nachos. Well actually any of any my food.
And kind of everything in between.....
