Streaming into the Void: Episode 3 critique by request.

As you might have suspected, one less voice definitely helped guide my ears through the conversations better. Also of note: You call one another by name every so often. That’s not something you did much of in Episode 4. That helps as well.

It’s true that Raul is a more seasoned host, and I do like that dynamic better. Kim is still your crown jewel, but in the role of an ‘expert’ instead of ‘host’ will suit you better until you deal with the diversity situation.

However! I have to once again suggest that you think you’re doing a deep dive on some of these topics, but really you’re just reiterating the same points more often than not. The discussion on Disney Plus strategies in 2020 theatrically could have used some editing.

Oppositely, I *really* appreciated the Readers Digest Version of the Paramount decree. I also liked the background on the former boss that was in charge of TruTV and why that was important to the overall story about HBO Max’s problems. I think a further short discussion on Pluto TV would have been a good aside. Especially since it has a different streaming model being completely free.

Moving forward, do you plan on having any audience interaction bits? Response messages or something? I dunno.

Continued luck and success on your budding podcast. I certainly will be staying tuned.
