I don't know that you need the entire show broken into defined segments - but having a couple that people can expect every episode

IMO - is a good thing. So - I might not care about your main topic this week - but I know you're going to have the A, B and C segments - and those I DO care about...so I'll listen through the part that doesn't interest me to get to the parts that do.
