the materials are pretty inexpensive really. I can demo, install, and retile myself. it's just paying the electrician that's costly honestly.

I'm already paying one to come rip out my baseboard heaters so eh like an extra $150.
note that I have a spare thermostat hanging around too. like, there's not a lot of actual expense.
