In my experience, yes and yes.

But the first thing may just be that I come at them with the concept that I'm going to be top and that's just accepted.

The second thing is just genetics I guess. There are obviously exceptions.

This guy is fine, capable.

Another thing you forgot to add would be c) uncut which is also true.
