You can still go to Uluru, but you can no longer climb on the formerly named 'Ayers Rock.'

Coober Pedy is a small community of Opal miners. Many still live in caves (technically excavated dwellings), When I got there, I discovered that the airport manager was also the town's only taxi driver.
