Some combination of Trout, a solid fan experience, easy to get to, park, and get out of. Well off fans of other teams. Perhaps a less demanding

Oh and I'm guessing that there's a fair number of high price seats and boxes purchased by South OC companies
They keep trying to do things but they turned out to be all wromg. They've also had some bad (dumb?) luck with things like pitchers dying and leading hitters having season ending injuries sustained during home run celebrations
Speaking of making money, I'm still amazed that Arte Moreno has somehow made the whole Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim thing work.
