Best that I've been able to look up: No ejections

I've also watched this over and over and over again to the point of focusing on the pitcher. All the credit in the world to sticking to the play as near as I can tell, his first reaction is to show the ball as if to demonstrate that he completed the play.

Uh...he doesn't fare so well after that
