If I had to re-watch White Collar (or Burn Notice, for that matter) knowing what I do now... I wouldn’t.

I enjoyed them enough. But they dragged on for too long and were never quality television on par to the dramas of AMC (Breaking Bad) or FX (Fargo). I like to imagine what White Collar or Burn Notice would have been like if they’d only been one season long on FX.
