partner argued it's ABOUT teens, but it's meant for adults. but i think that it can be for both? subject is very teen-centric, if not a little warped -- nm

It is rated R. That doesn’t negate it being a teen movie, obviously, but it certainly does help the argument it is not one. -- nm

I tend to believe a coming of age film requires a focus on one or two characters exploring that theme. Not an entire group. -- nm
