I distribute the newsletter (PDF)- and know nothing except what I read there.

Member #1 can't open the PDF so I resend it and it opens fine.

Member #2 registers for the Zoom information and I send it in the original MSword docx. She can't open it so I convert to PDF and resend.

Meanwhile #1 finally gets back with her registration and I include her in the second (PDF) distribution....she can't open it so I resend in Word.

#2 questions the terminology in the instructions. Forward
the request to the guy that wrote them.

We have about 100 members.
