seems like a couple times a year they arrest a route driver who dumps mail (usually junk mail) rather than sort and deliver it

these days they have to drive 2, even 3 routes a day and if you just dump it then you get to go home early, who is going to complain they didn't get a pound of political or charitable begging letters, all those catalogs..oh yeah someone will
