there's so much solar here it's getting to the point that it could overload the grid. they're changing the incentives to encourage batteries now.

killing buyback prices during the day and increasing them after 3pm, decreasing panel rebates, increasing battery rebates, etc.
I think around 30% of houses have solar, and on peak days it's the state's single biggest source of electricity.
