We've done such a great job in beating it back over the last few months. To this day I see a lot of masks on people even just walking around.

After what we went through early on I'm not surprised by the willingness of people to listen and do what is necessary to turn things around.
The city is still hurting really bad from the deaths and the crippling of the economy. But I believe we'll bounce back and hopefully with some good changes in the process.
