Doing a virtual version of my annual Italian Dinner & Wine Pairing tomorrow. It will be a demo where we cook a couple dishes together.

I've sent them all the ingredients ahead of time which we will use to cook in real time. I've also sent the list of wines I'd do with a 5-course meal and some suggestions on what to have for 3 other courses. It will be a lot more relaxed than previous years, but we'll still get to talk about wines, drink, eat and laugh.
On Sunday I have to record myself singing a song for a local theatre thats doing a radio show.
