FWIW, that's for Clackamas County only (which is "outskirts of Portland"). Other counties have fires too (as seen in the map) and have evacuations.

For the curious, I-5 follows the "Willamette Valley" south on that map. Right side of the line? *GET OUT*. Left side of the line? That's me.
