season 3 ends with potentially thousands of worlds to explore and colonize, but no Earth decides no one can, Mars decides not to be all macho military anymore and start breaking down their military industrial complex and then, some Belters manage to colonize some garbage ice planet anyway, and then attack some inners trying to land, and then one of the inners that survived the attack, is a madman.
