Season one papa Hargreaves, Luther and crazy bad guy that she dated were at least as responsible for it as she was. Rumor deserves some of the blame as well.
Season 2 it was much more the fault of the FBI than it was Vanya. Like in season one, her siblings probably deserve some of the blame as well.
