Someone is staying at a Hampton Inn in China right now with my hacked Hilton Honors points. I got a confirmation email reservation about an hour ago. -- (edited)

I tried to contact Hilton to inform them of the fraud, but because of Covid, it is after hours for all of their reservation, honors, fraud, everything. I called a local Hilton to see if they could connect me to anyone and she said she couldn't contact anyone directly, but she would contact me to the 800 number. I told her there was no one there, but she did it anyway. I tried calling back to a local Hilton to get someone else but no one answers. It is the day of the reservation so I can't just cancel it online. The confirmation has the last 4 numbers of a Visa used to guarantee it and an expiration date so I called Visa fraud because it may be stolen too and if not their card holder is a thief, but they can't help me without the full card number. Hilton doesn't open until 6 a.m. I could call the hotel in China, but it isn't toll free and I don't want to spend the money. Any ideas?
