Explain? Overpowering? I love the stuff so my perspective is definitely slanted toward sure, Kimchi on...., I'd try that.

Now that I stop and think about, anything that would hold up to the added moisture. So fried rice, just plain race, baked potato, eggs, a street taco if one could eat it soon enough

At the same time, not so sure as a pizza topping

While I probably wouldn't stuff a turkey with it, I could totally see using kimchi as a way to make it more than just eating leftover turkey.
