1. Make sure you are on the voter roles.
2. Make sure address is correct.
3. Make sure your signature matches the one on file, if not either go down the DMV or were ever and record a new signature or practice signing your signature so that when you sign for real it looks close.
4. Make sure that the mail-in ballot that arrived in the mail actually has your name on it.
