I'd love to be proven wrong but IMO that would need an Apollo like effort to get back to the moon in 2024 via SLS
The Orion spacecraft has yet to orbit
The Artemis mission profile requires in space refueling at a craft called the Gateway. Gonna need to get that into space before 2024
I get that we had two men in orbit for the first time in 1966 and we landed on the moon in 1969 but that was space race level funding and effort. Not impossible but it just doesn't seem very likely nor practical that we're going to be back to moon in four years. "To stay" no less
