I would definitely focus on FL and NC in addition to WI/MI/PA/AZ. No question. Perhaps ME-2/NE-2 as well.

If Biden wins MN and MI, Path 1 is WI/PA, Path 2 is WI/AZ, then comes NC/FL. AZ is more important. -- nm
