My parents were always Republican, for as long as I can remember. We haven't agreed on a much over the years with regard to that kind of thing.

Luckily though, before my mom died, and even now with my dad, they both realize how shitty Trump is and refuse to support or vote for him. I don't think they voted for him last time either which is also a plus.
