I really appreciate when people say I should be involved in the podcast more. I'm trying.

The ironic thing is I simply don't watch a lot of movies and tv shows, let alone on the streaming services. I am currently subscribed to Amazon (incidentally, because of Prime, though I don't think anyone subscribes to Prime just for the streaming service) and Disney+ (because I resubbed after Chadwick Boseman died to watch Black Panther and forgot to cancel and I think that's actually been an entire month already.) I'm on the cast because Mop went to David with the idea and David recruited me for it because he adores me (it's mutual, David).
There are often topics about which I either don't have the expertise that David or Raul do, or simply have no strong opinion one way or another (just call me Your Neutralness) so I tend to just stay silent, unless it's to try to add a witty bon mot.
We actually paused the cast in the middle (which is something that happens 2-3 times during the recording, thus the Antoine Fuqua discussion that was not actually part of the episode) because David made me watch the WandaVision trailer, thus my "uh, so that certainly a preview for a television program" reaction and I think it does require more in depth knowledge of the MCU than I have.
I consider everyone else on the podcast considerably more talented and funnier than I am (impostor syndrome ahoy!) so any time I get to make someone laugh (whether it's David/Kim/Reagen/Mop or someone listening) is a tremendous feeling.
