Yeah, PB is so embarassed by who they can get naked, the cover is someone they can't get naked.

I have no idea who is actually naked inside the magazine.
This is also their first double issue, they're down to 11 issues a year.
Before long they'll probably just be another Maxim. And then not long after that they'll be online only.
